Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I book your services?
We recommend booking 2-4 weeks ahead of time! With that being said, even on short notice, we can try our best to make things work, so do not hesitate to reach out!
How customizable are the bounce houses?
You give us a theme and we do the rest! Balloon arches can be customized to whatever your wishes are!
What is your cancellation policy?
We prefer that if you need to cancel, you let us know ASAP, but keep in mind that the $50 deposit is non-refundable. Weather is also a factor with this type of business. If there is a weather problem that comes up we can always reschedule.
